Welcome to the home of top quality, handmade, traditional Cornish fudge
We are a small Cornish, family run business, trading in the heart of Mevagissey for over 5 generations. Our shop was initially situated on the harbour quayside but as the business grew we had to move from our tiny, former fish cellar, to larger premises. Where we still are today, on Fore Street.
Our shop motto is “you’ve tried the rest, now taste the best!” It’s written on our shop window! We have many a returning customer year on year and are very grateful for their continued loyalty.
Our shop opens from Easter until November. We are unable to trade all year round due the lack of visitors to our village. Which is why we have decided to go online.

Traditionally Made
Made in a traditional copper pan using our county’s finest ingredient; clotted cream. Our fudge is creamy in texture, smooth on your tongue and melts away in the heat of your mouth. It is rich and indulgent and incorporates some of the finest flavour combinations you can imagine.
Whether you like the traditional flavours of vanilla or clotted cream or to suit the most decadent of palates; strawberries and champagne or Fudge Delight (Turkish delight, encased in fudge and chocolate). You can be sure to find a flavour of your liking. We have an array of over 50 flavours! All tried and tested by ourselves over the years, ensuring the highest of quality! Some of our fudges have even won Taste of the West awards.
We also sell the traditional tablet or scotch tablet as its widely known… A crumbly, granular feel to the tongue. Some compare it to how your granny used to make it!
